Do Authorized Classé Repair Centers exist?

Here we explain that they don't exist.  The reason is that we cannot -- and will not -- "license" or"validate" external repair center for the simple reason that we have no control over the quality of the work and the components used. 

That does not mean that they do not exist. There are known and capable service companies with whom we collaborate often.  They can let the public know they have experience with repairing Classé, but none of themn have an official Seal of Approval that would guarantree their work.

Note: Warranty will be voided if work is done unit that is still under Warranty by a external repair technician, unless this was specifically communicated between Classé Service Hub and the technician beforehand.
