Repair vs Unit Replacement - when and why?
Text that clarifies to Service Hubs and Distributors when a unit should be replaced (ex. DOA, within first 3 months) and when a unit should be brought in for Warranty Repair.
Also, we should clarify what we expect Distributors to do BEFORE they send a unit in for Repair. Troubleshooting and solving the problem "in the country" can save a lot of time and money.
